same here - no personal drama / fights/ etc. Don't post about things in the bedroom.
Don't really post exact day to day stuff - like going out of town on the day I do - normally post a few days later...just so people can't follow me too closely. Better safe than sorry.
And I don't post real stories about work - especially as they happen. Even if it is just my side of the story - too much HIPPA information can be out and people can sue if they think you are talking about them. I'm always surprised when I read blogs that talk about patients/visitors/emergent cases, etc. I only post pictures of babies when I know the person outside of work and they say I can share their pictures. Try to keep my blog more general and not about certain patients.
